Frequently Asked Questions - Online and Mobile Banking
You can call a Member Service Representative at 602.631.3200 or 800.621.0287 (outside Maricopa County) Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Moving out of state doesn't have to be the end of your membership. With Online Banking, our Mobile App, and the Allpoint ATM network, you can still have access to us wherever you live.
Any account you have with Credit Union West can be viewed through Online Banking and our Mobile App.
To log off of Online Banking, click the drop down arrow next to your name in the top right corner and select the "Log Out" option, or close out of the browser.
Once you are logged in to Online Banking, select the eStatements widget on your left sidebar (you may need to click "More" to see it, depending on your preferences). In the eStatements widget, you should see your 1099-INT displayed in the message list. Click to download the statement.
