No, you will not need a consumer account to apply. However, you will need to open a business account upon approval of your credit card application.
When you receive your new business credit card in the mail, you will be provided with specific instructions on how to set up your card. Call 866.642.0450 to activate your new card.
To report a lost or stolen card call 602.631.3200 or 800.621.0287 (outside of Maricopa County) or stop by the nearest branch location.
