Service of Process
Serving Legal Documents to Credit Union West
Below are instructions for service of process of certain legal documents. Credit Union West requires all document subpoenas, levies, and garnishments served to be issued from or domesticated in the State of Arizona.
Subpoenas & Levies
Please submit a document or subpoena levy to our Virtual Strong Box using the instructions below:
- Click the Virtual StrongBox link below
- Enter the password: CUw3st
- Drag your file or click on the upload icon in the middle of the page
- You will see "Upload Successful" when the document is successfully uploaded
You can also send document subpoenas and levies via email to legalprocessing@cuwest.org and via U.S. mail or in person at the address below:

Garnishments
Garnishments may be served in person at the Credit Union West Corporate Center, located at:

Glendale, AZ 85307
Garnishments must be accompanied by a $25 fee in the form of a check, made payable to Credit Union West. You may email legalprocessing@cuwest.org for assistance.
