Frequently Asked Questions - Online and Mobile Banking
It's easy to sign up for Online Banking. Please visit our helpful guide on our website that covers how to establish your login and navigate our new Online Banking Platform.
Simply download the Credit Union West Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store and log in with your Online Banking credentials.
To sign up for eStatements, simply log into Online Banking and select the eStatements widget on the left-hand side bar. If you do not see the eStatements widget within the main options, select "More" to expand the widget options. Once located, click the widget.
eStatements are sent to the primary email address we have on file for your Credit Union West account. To update your account's primary email address in Mobile and Online Banking, navigate to 'Settings' then 'Contact' and add or edit your email address. Be sure to select ''Set as preferred contact email" before saving your changes to set your new email address as the primary.
To get a free copy of your statement, log into Online Banking, select the "More" tab and then click on eStatements. You can also contact a Member Service Representative or come into a branch location to request a statement for a small fee.

Bill Pay is available within Online Banking and our Mobile App. Log into Online Banking or the Mobile App to begin.
If you need to change your password or do not know your password, select the "Forgot Password" option and follow the instructions in the email.
To view account balances online, please log into Online Banking or your Mobile App.
Yes, you can log in to Online Banking by visiting our website on your mobile device's browser. You can also download our free Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
