Frequently Asked Questions - Online and Mobile Banking
Depositing your checks is available through Remote Deposit within our Mobile App. Log into your Mobile App to begin.
Yes, the Online Banking and Mobile App systems allow you see pending debits and pending deposits. It is important to note your "Available Balance" until transactions have posted to and settled your account.
If you have your loan directly with Credit Union West, you can schedule transfers directly from your account through Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
If you're having trouble logging into Online Banking for your first time, please use your current username and temporary password.
If you have any difficulties with the temporary password, or you are having trouble with login credentials that have worked in the last month, please click the "Forgot Password?" button to verify your identity and choose a new password.
When creating a new password, please make sure it meets our security requirements. The password can be between 8-24 characters and must include both uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, and any symbol besides the @ sign.

For your security, an access lock will be placed after multiple unsuccessful attempts to log into your account. If you have been locked out of online banking, please call us at 1.800.621.0287 or send us a secure message for assistance. After we confirm your identity by verifying personal information from your account, we will unlock the access to Online Banking.
You can link your account from another financial institution through Online Banking. Once you're logged in, to the right of your accounts, you will see a box under "View External Accounts" labeled "Get Started". Click that box and input the required information. If you have any questions, please call Member Services at 602.631.3200 or 800.621.0287 (outside Maricopa County).
If you have your credit card directly with Credit Union West, you can schedule transfers directly from your account through Online Banking.
You will need to set this transaction up using Bill Pay, located securely within Online Banking. Once you are logged into Online Banking, on the Widget toolbar to the left, click the "More" tab and then click "Bill Pay". You will be able to schedule your payment using this feature.
Our Online Banking and Mobile App are free services offered to our members.
