Credit Union West is proud to offer $5,000 in scholarships to five lucky recipients. Applicants must be high school seniors entering college or trade school in the fall and must be members of Credit Union West. If you are a member of Credit Union West, there is no fee to use a Credit Union West or Allpoint ATM. If you are not a member, you will be charged $3.00 at any of our Credit Union West ATMs and subject to fees at any ATM within the Allpoint network. You may be charged a fee when you withdraw cash from an ATM that is not in our network. Those fees will vary based on each ATM. The maximum amount of cash that you are able to withdraw from an ATM in one day is $500.

As a Credit Union West member, you may skip your loan payment up to two times per 12 month period. For your convenience, you can choose the months that work best for you (back-to-back payments are excluded). If you have more than one qualifying loan you may request to skip a payment on each loan. If you would like to apply for a loan, applying is fast and easy. There is no cost to do so, and our loan staff will work with you to look for ways to get your loan request approved. 

Your account number can be found on your membership card, on the bottom number of your check (the second set of numbers), or you can call or visit a branch location and speak with us.

Yes, all of our ATMs at our branch locations and Allpoint+ ATMs are set up to receive deposits as well as dispense cash.

Member savings accounts at all credit unions are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Funds (NCUSIF), which is administered by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The fund is backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government. No taxpayer funds are used to support the (NCUA) or the (NCUSIF).

To submit a secure email to us, you must first log into Online Banking. On the widget toolbar to the left, select "More" and then select "Message Center". You will be able to send and receive secure communication.
