Electronic Debits, Credits and Wire Processing During Holiday Hours
Happy Holidays from Credit Union West! To give our staff time to celebrate this season, the credit union will be closed December 24-25th and December 31-January 1st. Please be aware that there may be a delay in processing electronic debits, electronic credits and wire transfers during this time.
The following payments may experience a delay in processing by ONE BUSINESS DAY:
- Electronic Debits and Credits: This could impact direct deposits, payroll, loan payments, or payments set up in Bill Pay that are scheduled to post on December 24-25th or December 31-January 1st
- Transfers: Transfers made from a linked external account in Mobile and Online Banking after 10:30 a.m. on December 23-25th or after 10:30 a.m. on December 30-January 1st
- Wire Transfers: Outgoing wire transfer requests will not be accepted after 3 p.m. on December 23rd or December 30th. Incoming wire transfers after 5 p.m. on December 23rd or December 30th will be delayed.
Note: Wire transfers will not be processed on December 24-25th or December 31-January 1st.
Electronic debits and credits, external transfers, and wire transfers that are delayed on Friday, December 24th will be processed by Monday, December 27th. Likewise, payments submitted for processing on Friday December 31st will be completed by Monday, January 3rd.
