We offer same-day approval on qualified applications.
If you have had credit difficulties in the past, contact us or visit a branch. All of our branches have teams of friendly representatives trained in credit score review - helping you understand your credit report and offering tips on how to boost your score and which loan product may work for your specific situation.
Yes, we can get you pre-approved so you can shop with confidence. Visit a branch, apply online, or call us at 602.631.3200 or 800.621.0287 (outside Maricopa County) to get started.
If your account is in good standing and the loan is paid off in full with guaranteed funds, the lien will be released to the registered owner within two weeks. Please be aware that vehicle titles are electronic and will not be mailed. If a paper title is needed for reasons like moving out of state, the registered owner may complete a Title Replacement request on AZ MVD Now.
Examples of guaranteed funds include:
- Cash
- Credit Union West cashier's check
- Proceeds from a wire transfer
- Funds from a new Credit Union West loan
If the registered owner needs the lien released sooner, they may call our Member Contact Center at 800.621.0287 during regular business hours, send a secure message through Mobile and Online Banking, or visit any branch location for assistance.
Yes, we do offer extended warranties for most passenger vehicles, even if your loan is financed with another lender. Click here for more information or call our Loan Department at 602.631.3290.
You are required to have comprehensive and collision insurance coverage on your vehicle (car, motorcycle, UTV, ATV, etc.) with a maximum deductible of $1000 when you finance with Credit Union West.
Once you've completed your vehicle purchase, please contact your insurance provider to ensure adequate coverage and to update the lien holder's address to:
