Credit Union West members now have FREE access to over 55,000 Allpoint ATMs worldwide. Select Allpoint ATMs, called Allpoint+ (Plus), are available to make cash deposits to your Credit Union West checking and savings accounts. Find an Allpoint+ ATM.

What holidays are your branches closed?

Can I use Credit Union West as a shared branch?

Credit Union West no longer participates in the Shared Branching Network.

Why isn't Credit Union West insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC)?

Member savings accounts at all credit unions are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Funds (NCUSIF), which is administered by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The fund is backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government. No taxpayer funds are used to support the (NCUA) or the (NCUSIF).

What is your routing/ABA number and SWIFT code?

Credit Union West's Routing Number is 322172153. Routing numbers are also called ABA numbers.

The Credit Union does not have a swift code. All incoming international wires must come via a United States Bank. For more information or to process an outgoing international wire, please contact us.

Can anyone join the credit union?

Anyone can join Credit Union West. You must meet one of the three eligibility requirements listed below:

Live, work, or worship in our membership coverage area, which includes all of Arizona (with the exception of Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, and Santa Cruz counties)
Be an immediate family member of a current Credit Union West member
Be an employee of Credit Union West

How does a credit union differ from a bank?

Unlike banks, credit unions are member-owned financial cooperatives. When you join Credit Union West, your initial deposit to open a share account establishes your membership and makes you a part-owner. Since there are no outside bank stockholders to satisfy, our credit union passes on the savings to you in the form of lower mortgage and loan rates, fewer service fees and higher yields on savings and checking.

Every credit union member has an equal vote in the election of our Board of Directors. Our executive staff works closely with the Board on short and long-range planning, while overseeing daily operations. Learn more by visiting our Leadership and Governance page.

Are you a full service financial institution?

Yes, we are full service. We offer savings, checking, loans, and many other financial services for both consumers and businesses.

How does Credit Union West invest in the community?

We support many worthwhile organizations through financial literacy, monetary and in-kind donations, scholarships, sponsored events and volunteer opportunities.
