Credit Union West to Permanently Close North Mountain Branch in Phoenix, AZ
In July, we announced the temporary closure of our North Mountain branch. The tough decision was based on unique challenges following the pandemic. Like other financial institutions across the country, we were faced with staffing challenges that prevented us from providing the level of service our members love.
At Credit Union West, we are committed to providing quality products, services, and experiences. We believe our branch locations should support that commitment by providing adequate staffing and a great location to serve you. After careful review and consideration, we have made the decision to permanently close the North Mountain branch, including the on-site ATM. Our plans are to actively search for a new location within proximity, to continue and support your financial goals.
