Members who have closed an existing Credit Union West Home Equity in the last 12 months are not eligible to receive the promotional incentive on a new Home Equity for the same property. Cash-back incentives are based on the funded loan amount and will be deposited into the member’s primary savings account with Credit Union West at loan closing. To receive a $500 cash-back incentive, the loan amount must be equal to or greater than $100,000. To receive a $250 cash-back incentive, the loan amount must be equal to or greater than $75,000. To receive a $100 cash-back incentive, the loan amount must be equal to or greater than $25,000.
