Frequently Asked Questions - Debit Card

When you receive your new credit or debit card in the mail, you will be provided with specific instructions on how to set up your card. Call 866.642.0450 to activate your new card.
You may change your credit or debit card PIN at any time by visiting any of our branch locations or by calling 877.265.9594.
To report a lost or stolen card during business hours, call 602.631.3200 or 800.621.0287 (outside of Maricopa County) or stop by the nearest branch location.
Yes, we strongly encourage our members to travel abroad with a Credit Union West debit card. This card will be accepted at any ATM, whether it is designed for cash advances or is a regular cash dispensing machine.

There are several factors as to why you may experience issues with your debit card. It is important for you to keep your contact information up to date. If there are suspicious transactions and our card service cannot contact you, the card could be restricted. If you have used an incorrect PIN several times your card could get locked out.
