New Online & Mobile Features


Fast Member-to-Member Transfers Make a transfer to another Credit Union West member in the Transfer Widget. Under the Classic tab, click "Transfer to another Credit Union West member," complete the account information, and submit. Funds are sent immediately!	Checking Qualification Widget Keep track of your monthly Checking Qualifications for your Heritage High-Yield Checking or Loyalty Rewards Checking account and maximize your earnings! Even if you miss a month of Qualifications, your checking account is still always free.¹	Overdraft Protection With a tap of a button, members can now set up or remove overdraft protection coverage inside Mobile and Online banking.	Transaction Disputes in Online Banking You can now dispute a card transaction inside online banking. Simply select Dispute Transaction under the Accounts menu in Mobile & Online Banking, answer a few questions, and click submit! If we have questions about your dispute submission, we’ll reach out to ensure your request is processed correctly.
