Mobile App Features
Manage your banking services right from your phone in the new, improved Credit Union West Mobile App. In addition to many of the Online Banking capabilities listed above, you also have the following mobile-specific features.
SNAPSHOT
The mobile snapshot allows you to preview selected account overviews outside of the app login.
Push Notifications
Customize notifications for your banking actions. You can choose the notification types and channels. For example, you could request SMS messages for budget alerts, and email notices for your bill pay verifications.

Preview account balances on your iPhone widget screen.
TOUCH OR FACE ID
Devices compatible with Face ID will now be able to utilize the recognition feature for app login, in addition to the Touch ID option.

To login to Online Banking, visit olb.cuwest.org, or click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of your webpage.
If you are having issues with your login credentials, please visit our helpful guide for simple, step-by-step instructions on how to log into your Online Banking account. Included there is a brief 2 minute video guide as well as written instructions.
You can also give us a call at 602.631.3200 or 800.621.0287 (outside of Maricopa County) or visit one our branches, and one of our friendly representatives will be happy to assist you.
To regain account access, after multiple unsuccessful login attempts, select the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" buttons on the Online Banking Login Screen to recover the corresponding credentials.
