How to report your lost or stolen card
Call 800.621.0287 any time, day or night, or stop by your nearest branch location during business hours and we will immediately report your card lost or stolen.
If calling after normal business hours, select Option 1 to connect directly with Card Services.
Once you receive your replacement card
Update your card details with any merchant you've scheduled automatic payments or recurring charges. This may include monthly bills, rent or mortgage, streaming subscriptions, utilities, and more.

To increase your security
Monitor your transactions within Mobile and Online Banking or check your next statement for unauthorized charges. If you need to dispute a transaction, report it immediately from account transactions within Mobile and Online Banking or by sending us a secured message.
