Credit Union West Service and Community Safety Update - Expanded Branch Access 

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Credit Union West has been committed to serving our members and community safely. In recent weeks, there has been positive progress in slowing the spread of COVID-19 in Arizona. As cases decrease and mitigation efforts, like vaccines, increase, we are hopeful about returning to regular operations this year.

Effective March 24th, we have fully reopened our branch lobbies while still adhering to recommended safety guidelines. Our branch lobbies in Maricopa and Yavapai counties are open to members and are now observing regular business hours. Members can continue to schedule appointments online or may visit a branch in person.

If the branch is at capacity, members can check-in via a convenient QR code and wait in their car for the next available team member. To keep our communities safe, Credit Union West team members will be wearing masks in the branches, and credit union members will be asked to wear masks during their visit. For individuals who feel more comfortable with a contactless experience, we hope you’ll consider utilizing our mobile and online banking options. These online and mobile banking tools along with mobile wallet, are easy to use and give you 24/7 access to your account.

As the COVID-19 positive trends continue to improve, we remain optimistic about the future. Despite the challenges of the past year, Credit Union West has steadfastly maintained operations and protected the financial interests of our members.

Our branch locations have resumed normal business hours. From time to time we may need to temporarily close a branch location or lobby, however, ATM services will remain available to make cash and check deposits.

For the safety of our team members and members, we require everyone entering a branch location to wear a face mask that covers their nose and mouth at all times. Phishing scams are an attempt to acquire personal information, sometimes to compromise online banking accounts, by posing as a legitimate company via email or phone. Here are a few important reminders:
  • Do not reply to the email
  • Do not click on any of the links embedded in the email
  • Forward the email to 
  • After forwarding the email to Credit Union West for review, please delete it
  • Be sure to monitor your account and call us if you notice any unusual activity
  • You can also monitor your credit report in Online and Mobile banking with our free SavvyMoney program
