A Message from our CEO, Karen Roch
Every day at Credit Union West, we strive to provide quality service to our members and serve the communities where our members work and live.
During these uncertain times, you can rest assured that Credit Union West is firmly committed to serving you safely and effectively. Our team has been diligently working to keep our locations clean, safe and accessible.
With the increase in COVID-19 cases, we are putting the safety of our team members and members first.
Recently, we’ve adjusted our lobby hours and branch access. We’re also asking our members to make appointments before visiting our branch lobbies. Members can access drive-thru, night depository and ATM services at our branches too. You can make appointments online at www.cuwest.org/appointments.
Members can easily view branch operating hours, which may vary by branch location, at www.cuwest.org/locations. Our website is updated with the latest information about temporary branch closures, available services and lobby access, so you can stay informed about how to best access banking on your terms.
For individuals who can’t visit a branch in person or who feel more comfortable with a contactless experience, we hope you’ll consider utilizing our online and mobile banking options. These online and mobile banking tools, like mobile wallet, are easy to use and give you 24/7 access to your account.
Our members and the communities we serve are our top priority. As your local credit union, we believe that giving back to our communities is a part of serving our members. That’s why we’ve created resources to help our members who are financially impacted by COVID-19. If you need financial assistance, visit www.cuwest.org/assistance to learn more about how we can help.
We appreciate your understanding and patience and are hopeful that these efforts we’ve made together will continue to keep our communities safe and healthy as we approach a new year.
From the Credit Union West team, we wish you a happy and joyful holiday season.
