New Appointment Scheduling

Scheduling an appointment gives you the convenience of stopping by one of our branches at a time that works best for you.

Having an appointment means you can:

• Skip the line and shorten your visit
• Let us know what we can assist you with and helps us prepare for your visit
• Ensure that the right staff member is ready to help you when you arrive and get you the answers you need
  

It's easy to schedule an appointment online. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to any page at www.cuwest.org to select "Schedule an Appointment" located at the top of the page.

Step 2: Select your location and the service you need.

Step 3: Choose whether you would like a phone appointment (if available) or to visit your branch location in person.

Step 4: If you need to speak with a specific staff member, you can select them as your "Preferred Staff Member". Otherwise, select "Anyone Available" to see all time slots available.

Step 5: Select the Date and Time that works best for you.

Step 6: Enter your contact information and include any additional notes you would like our staff to know regarding your service needs. Please be sure your contact information is up-to-date. We will use this information to send you important updates about your appointment.*

Step 7: Click "Book Appointment"

That's it! You will receive an email and text message (SMS) confirmation with your appointment details.*

To edit, cancel, or reschedule your appointment, simply follow the steps in your confirmation email or text (SMS) message.*
