Accessibility at Credit Union West
At Credit Union West, we strive to treat our members with the highest level of service and respect. We are committed to serving all persons within our field of membership.
We comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide equal access to individuals with disabilities. We will make reasonable modifications in policies, practices, and procedures in order to provide equal access to individuals with disabilities, to the extent required by the ADA and other applicable law. Individuals with a disability who require modifications to access or to procure services or have concerns about access to Credit Union West premises or services should contact a Branch Manager as soon as possible. We will then work with that individual to identify reasonable modification(s) that are appropriate and consistent with our legal obligations.
Physical Accessibility
Our branches are compliant with ADA regulations and other applicable laws. We offer accessible parking spaces, walkways, entrances and lobby areas. We also provide wheelchair-accessible teller stations at our branches. Service animals and mobility devices are permitted in our branches as well.
Communication Accessibility
Individuals with hearing or speech disabilities may communicate with us using TELLERphone access at 602.631.3456 or text messaging by dialing 7-1-1 to access the free telephone relay network established by the ADA. We strive to make not only our physical branches accessible, we have also made a substantial effort and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience in accordance with ADA Accessibility and WCAG 2.0 guidelines for website accessibility. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website to everyone. Our efforts are ongoing including frequent testing and updates to improve accessibility.
