We understand there may be times where you and your family face financial difficulties. If you’ve been impacted by a hardship that is affecting your ability to pay your Credit Union West loan, we may be able to help. Our Loan Payment Assistance Program may offer financial relief to members with a Credit Union West Personal, Auto, RV, Boat, or Motorcycle Loan.
To apply you must complete and submit a Loan Assistance Request Form, below. You may also be required to provide supporting documentation such as proof of income.

When we receive your completed form and all required documents, we’ll assign a team of dedicated specialists to your request who will call you within five business days to talk about your next steps.

* This is not a commitment of an approved modification or assistance, and all modifications or assistance offerings are subject to approval. We may gather information about you including, but not limited to, credit bureau information, information for verification of employment and income. We may also verify your hardship, identity, income, assets, and debt and it must meet eligibility requirements as established by Credit Union West. A modification could increase your debt, reduce equity, and extend the term which would be secured debts against the subject property or collateral. The relative benefits you receive from a modification will vary depending on your individual circumstances. You should consider that a modification may increase the total number of monthly payments and the total amount paid over the term of the loan. Speak to a tax professional for examples and details on tax ramifications, if any.
