Intuitive User Experience
Our upgraded website offers an optimized visitor experience. The architectural flow of the new website encourages effortless navigation, putting essential information at visitors’ fingertips. A comfortable, intuitive visit inspires visitors to stay longer, connecting them to useful financial information.
Clear and direct information about a range of financial products is designed to help visitors learn the information necessary to decide on membership, loans, credit cards, certificates or other products and services.
New interactive calculators assist visitors. This streamlines the information gathering and comparison shopping processes. Visitors no longer have to call a customer service representative to get information that’s essential to decision-making – calculators allow them to do it themselves, at any time during the day or night. Visitors can quickly calculate loan payments or a variety of other information.
Online Member Enrollment
This feature is a game-changer for future members. We are introduced a new online account opening process that allows website visitors to complete a member application in about 5 minutes. This significantly improves the member experience, but keep in mind, the in-person process is still available for prospective members who prefer join at any of our branches.
Online Appointment Scheduling
Website visitors and members will soon be able to schedule and confirm online appointments at their convenience on our new website with our online appointment scheduling feature. Not only will they be able to have their appointment request automatically aligned with the right member service representative but they will also find it is incredibly easy to modify appointments if their schedule changes.
When visitors explore the new site, they’ll notice many improved processes, new efficiencies and intuitive navigation choices to enhance their online experience. The upgrades to the website were based on user needs, which we took into account to provide a more intuitive, comfortable experience that connects visitors to the information that they need.
