Credit Union West earned a spot on the list of the 2017 azcentral.com Top Companies to Work for in Arizona for a fifth consecutive year. BestCompaniesAZ, in partnership with azcentral.com and the Arizona Republic, compiled the list of Top Companies using an employee questionnaire as well as employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.

Job satisfaction, career development and company culture play an important role in attracting and retaining the right candidates. “We believe our sustained success can be attributed to creating a fun, positive work environment in a supportive team atmosphere” said Credit Union West’s Executive Vice President Karen Roch. “We have an employee engagement score of 94%, which says a lot about how we value our employee’s contributions to our growth and success.” Credit Union West has almost 200 employees with 12 branches in Maricopa and Yavapai counties and their corporate office in Glendale.
