Enhancing the member experience


Since we opened our doors in 1951, we have been focused on providing products and services to fit your needs. We are a full-service financial institution that exists solely for the purpose of enhancing the quality of life for our members.

As technology has changed the landscape of the financial industry, we have taken the steps necessary to continue to meet your needs. We have upgraded our internal computer system to help our staff be more efficient in serving you. We have improved our Online Banking platform and Mobile App to ensure that you have the access you need to keep your finances in check.

While we are very proud of each of these accomplishments, we know that our work is not done. Personal service is still our top priority. We want you to feel welcome and know that you are not just a number at Credit Union West. We do not believe in cookie cutter solutions. We look at each situation individually and find the solution that fits best.

Our staff is our most important asset in making that happen. Upgrading our computer system was the first step in helping our staff provide superior service. Now, we are embarking on the next step - branch redesign.

Beginning this month, our Arrowhead Branch is getting a makeover. We are working toward providing the optimal environment that is welcoming and conducive to our efforts of establishing relationships with you, our members. Our goal is to provide an open environment that will make it easy for our staff to work with you through your entire process.
