New Bill Pay Features

Enhancements to our Bill Pay system are being made that will deliver more ease and convenience to you. Here's a preview of the exciting changes that will be available on July 29, 2010.

Deliver by Payment Scheduling – a key enhancement! You select the date you want the payment delivered. If the deliver by date is a weekend or holiday, the payment will be delivered on the last business day before the weekend or holiday. The send on date will be automatically adjusted to ensure the deliver by date is met. Please schedule payments carefully! Note: this change does not affect any currently scheduled one-time or recurring payments or transfers already set up in the system.
Quick Links – Tasks users most often access now appear on the right side of every screen: Add a payee, Make a Payment, or View Demo.
Improved Online Help – Page specific help is one click away. Get the help you from the screen you're accessing. You no longer need to navigate away from the screen you're viewing.
Payment Center - New Payment and Multiple Payment screens have been combined for your convenience.
Smart Windows - Allow you to view additional details and functions in the same window eliminating annoying pop-ups.
Note to Self Payment Memo - You can now add a memo when scheduling payments this is for your information only and not sent to the payee.
Review Payment Screen - After you "submit" your payments in the Payment Center, the new Review Payment Screen allows you to review, edit or cancel payments to ensure your payments are scheduled correctly.
Simplified Logout - As soon as you select the Logout button, your session will immediately end and your payments will be processed. This eliminates the previous two-step logout procedure.
